2 bedrooms one with king sized bed and the other with full sized twin beds.  Both with fitted wardrobes, dressing table and air conditioning.

Lounge /dining room

Larger than average open plan room furnished to a high standard, with TV, DVD player and Sky satellite receiver(BBC 1 etc). 

Two sofas one of which is a bed settee. Table and chairs for dining.  Patio doors to south facing sun terrace.  Air conditioning.

Kitchen

Fully fitted kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board and all utensils to cater for up to six visitors.

Bathroom

Family sized bathroom with over bath shower, basin and wc.

Sun Terrace

The south facing patio looking over the private gardens and swimming pool gets the sun all day and is furnished with a table and chairs.

Swimming pool.

Larger than average swimming pool accessed via roman steps or ladders.  Separate changing rooms, showers and toilets adjacent for residents convenience.

Garden area

Grassed and paved areas with palm trees and planters can be found to the front of the apartment and also to the side of the complex for residents to sit and enjoy the Cypriot sunshine.

A dedicated car parking space is provided below the apartment  Access is gained via remote controlled gates
